Adani-MSC deal: State govt. cautious as APSEZ clarifies stance in second letter

It remains unclear whether the mortgage rights over the port site and its assets granted to the AVPPL for the concession period will be applicable to the new partner, MSC. APSEZ tells State govt. that would MSC will not enjoy a monopoly at the port will be accessible to all users without discrimination
