How to File a Grievance

If you have a grievance concerning any content published on IPD Tamil or any other portal under IPD Media Networks, please follow these steps:

  1. Gather Information: Before submitting your grievance, please ensure you have the following details:

    • Website/Platform: (e.g., IPD Tamil, IPD Malayalam, etc.)

    • Date and Time of Publication/Broadcast:

    • Specific Content in Question: (Provide a direct link to the article, video, or exact text if possible. If not, clearly describe the content.)

    • Nature of Grievance: Clearly state your concern (e.g., factual inaccuracy, misleading information, offensive content, bias, etc.).

    • Proposed Redressal: What action would you like to see taken (e.g., correction, retraction, apology, removal)?

  2. Submit Your Grievance: Please send an email with all the above information to our Grievance Officer:

Our Grievance Redressal Process

Upon receiving your grievance, we commit to the following:

  1. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours (excluding public holidays).

  2. Review and Investigation: Our Grievance Officer will review your complaint thoroughly and initiate an investigation. This may involve consulting with relevant editorial teams, reviewing content, and gathering necessary information.

  3. Resolution: We aim to resolve all grievances within 15 days from the date of receipt. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation and any action taken.

  4. Confidentiality: All information shared during the grievance redressal process will be treated with strict confidentiality.
