Before proceeding with your application, you must carefully read, understand, and agree to the following guidelines, terms of use, and declarations.

1. Application Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and accurate processing of your ID Card, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Accuracy of Information: All information provided in the application form (including your name, role, address, and contact details) must be completely accurate and match your official government-issued identity documents.
2. Supporting Documents: You must upload clear, legible copies of requested government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport) and a recent, professional, passport-sized photograph against a plain background.
3. Processing Time: Applications are subject to thorough background and verification checks by our editorial and administrative teams. Issuance is not automatic and is solely at the discretion of IPD Media Networks management.

2. Official Online Verification

To prevent fraud and unauthorized use of our brand, IPD Tamil maintains a public, digital verification system for all active personnel.

2. QR Code/ID Number: Issued ID cards will feature a unique QR code or ID number linked directly to this verification portal. Any card or individual claiming affiliation that cannot be verified through this official link is considered invalid and unauthorized.

3. Strictly Prohibited: Illegal and Unethical Activities

IPD Media Networks maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards the misuse of its brand and media credentials.

1. No Illegal Activities Supported: The IPD Tamil ID Card is issued strictly for the purpose of authorized news gathering and official media representation. We absolutely do not support, endorse, or protect any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities.
2. Misuse of Credentials: Using the ID card for extortion, blackmail, unauthorized financial gain, trespassing, intimidation, resolving personal disputes, or misrepresenting your role and authority is strictly prohibited.
3. Legal Action: Any individual found using the IPD Tamil ID card for unlawful purposes will face immediate cancellation of their affiliation and ID card. Furthermore, IPD Media Networks will actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies to initiate strict legal proceedings against the offender.

4. Terms of Use and Revocation

1. Property of the Network: The ID Card remains the exclusive property of IPD Media Networks at all times.
2. Non-Transferable: The ID card is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the specific individual to whom it is officially issued.
3. Surrender of Card: Upon resignation, termination of your contract, or cessation of your affiliation with IPD Tamil for any reason, the ID card must be immediately surrendered to the management.
4. Right to Revoke: Management reserves the absolute right to suspend, block on the verification portal, or completely revoke the ID card at any time, without prior notice, if there is a breach of these guidelines, our Editorial Policy, or any code of conduct.

Applicant's Declaration

By submitting this application, I hereby consciously declare and agree to the following:

1. I confirm that all the information and documents provided by me in this application are true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
2. I understand that the IPD Tamil ID Card is for official journalistic and media duties only, and I will conduct myself with the highest standards of professional ethics.
3. I explicitly acknowledge that IPD Media Networks does not support any illegal activities. I pledge that I will not use this ID card for any personal gain, extortion, misrepresentation, blackmail, or any unlawful acts.
4. I understand that my active status and credentials will be publicly verifiable via https://www.ipdtamil.com/p/official-id-verification.html and that the network can revoke this verification at any time.
5. I agree to return the ID card immediately upon the end of my tenure or upon request by the management.
6. I understand and accept that any violation of these terms will result in the immediate revocation of my ID card, public denouncement of my affiliation, and potential legal action against me.
