<p>சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலின் போது வழங்கிய வாக்குறுதியின்படி, அரசு மருத்துவமனைகளில் பிறந்த குழந்தைகளுக்கு தங்க மோதிரம் வழங்கும் தாய்மாமன் சீர் திட்டத்தை முதலமைச்சர் விஜய் மதுரை ராஜாஜி அரசு மருத்துவமனையில் தொடங்கி வைத்தார். முதலாவதாக முத்து யாழினி எனும் குழந்தைக்கு மோதிரம் அணிவித்து திட்டத்தை தொடங்கி வைத்தார். தொடர்ந்து பல்வேறு குழந்தைகளுக்கும் மோதிரம் அணிவித்ததோடு, அவர்களை தூக்கி கொஞ்சியும் மகிழ்தார். அந்த நேரத்தில் அவருடன் புகைப்படம் எடுக்க ஏராளமான பெண்கள் முண்டியடித்தனர். அனைவருடனும் விஜய் நிதானமாக புகைப்படம் எடுத்துக்கொண்டார். ஒரு பெண் உணர்ச்சிவசப்பட்டு அண்ணா என அழைத்து, விஜயை இறுகப்பற்றிக்கொண்டு கண்கலங்கி அழுதார். அதன் பிறகு பிரசவ வாடிற்கும் சென்று சில குழந்தைகளுக்கு முதலமைச்சர் விஜய் மோதிரம் அணிவித்தார். இதுதொடர்பான காட்சிகள் இணையத்தில் வைரலாகியுள்ளன.</p>
