Green Card jobs: Food delivery company Instacart agrees to pay $5 million penalty for discriminating against Americans

Instacart Green Card Jobs: Department of Justice said its investigation revealed that Instacart asked US workers to physically mail their applications for PER jobs while for visa holders, electronic applications were accepted. DOJ concluded that it was a discrimination against US workers and creating a burden on them.
