Supreme Court seeks Centre, Punjab govt response on plea over failure to implement 25% RTE quota in schools

The petitioner says nearly two lakh children are admitted in private schools at the entry level and at least 50,000 of them should be admitted under RTE Act; the court asks him to conduct a survey in a district to find out how many schools have not complied with the law
