A 1928 mansion built for Alphonzo Bell, the oil businessman who helped create Bel-Air, is now listed for $32.5 million. Michael Wexler bought the Los Angeles home for $5.5 million in 2010 and spent years restoring it. The 10,600-square-foot property now has seven bedrooms, a theatre, pool, wine cellar and 26 newly planted redwood sequoias.
